I have been in the automotive field all my life. I started out as a "C" class mechanic and worked in the repair sector of the automotive field for 25 years. The last 21 years I have owned or managed pre-owned car lots and have excelled in all areas of sales ,finance and customer service. I pride myself on treating all our customers as if they were family. I joined Giordano Auto Sales in 2010 after selling off a midsize dealership that I owned from 2001.I believe that even the smallest of details are important to customer service. This business has changed dramatically since 2001. Prior to 2001 the automotive dealership was kind of simple, we bought vehicles, cleaned and service them advertised them locally and word of mouth. The changes were pretty simple at first. we called auto trader or cars.com and they did the rest. Today I believe to be successful in this business we have to wear many different hats. It is not enough to just buy vehicles and put them online. I often joke that we have to wear many hats as a person qualified buyer, mechanic, finance specialist, advertising specialist, marriage counselor, and an interventionist between Parent and Child buying their first car and overall psychology major to get a deal from beginning to end. I don't give up to easy and I work hard in every aspect of my Job.Give me a chance to help and I will be devoted to get it done.
